In their first tournament under the Jabali Futbol banner the U10 girls team took home the silver medal at the Missouri State Show-Me Games.  The team, which formed in late May worked hard to prepare for the games and the results showed.  Three shut-out victories in pool play put the team into the championship game where they lost a hard-fought game 4-2.

Overall, the squad outscored their opponents 16-4 in the four games played. Head coach Mark O'Renick said he is proud of the girls performance.  "To come together as quickly as we did and put it all together on the field shows how much passion these girls have for the game," says O'Renick.   "We've put a great training program in place under the direction of Bruce Perez and you can see the difference in just a few short weeks in footwork, passing and attacking the goal."  Congratulations girls and we look forward to continued success in the future!
